ULTRASONIC Gildemeister – die Innovation

“Hartbearbeitung von fortschrittlichen Materialien durch Ultrasonic-Schleifen, -Bohren und -Fräsen auf CNC Maschinen.

Durch die Ultrasonic – Bearbeitungsspindel von Gildemeister wird die “mechanische“ Kraftbewegung in Form einer oszillierenden Schwingung transformiert.

Durch die Ultraschall-Spindel wird die Schwingung auf das Diamantwerkzeug übertragen und die Rotatationsbewegung des Bearbeitungswerkzeuges mit einer zusätzlichen Bewegungskinematik in achsialer Richtung überlagert. Bei einer Nennfrequenz von 20 kHz pulsiert das Diamantwerkzeug 20.000 mal pro Sekunde.

Dabei extrahiert das Werkzeug in longitudinaler Richtung und zieht sich anschließend wieder zusammen. Bei der Ausdehnung des Werkzeuges werden Kleinstpartikel aus der Werkstückoberfläche geschlagen. Die Rotation des Werkzeuges und die Innere Kühlmittelzufuhr durch die Werkzeugmitte gewährleisten ein optimales Entfernen der abgetragenen Werkstückpartikel aus der Wirkzone.

Die kontinuierliche Kontakt-Unterbrechung zwischen Werkzeug und Werkstück führt dabei zu wesentlich geringeren thermischen Belastungen gegenüber konventionellen Verfahren und schont Werkzeug und Werkstück.
